Aftrak wins a share of the £2.7m DRIVE35 Mobilise grant
The Advanced Propulsion Centre UK has named Aftrak one of sixteen automotive innovators backed through Mobilise, the SME accelerator funded by the government's £4bn DRIVE35 programme.

One machine does it all
A PTO and rotating handlebars mean front- and rear-loaded tooling across five task groups.
Tillage5 toolsRidger, rear tine cultivator, potato digger, mouldboard and reversible mouldboard ploughs.
Power tillage4 toolsPTO-driven. The rotary plough and power ridger work to 30 cm depth in hard soil and sod.
Transport2 toolsTrailer and sulky. Five hours of haulage on one charge.
Mowing & harvesting3 toolsCutter bar mower, flail mower and harvester, up to 120 cm working width.

Why electric
Where a diesel two-wheel tractor cannot go
Polytunnels, walled gardens, sites near housing, and any job where a fuel can is a nuisance. Same PTO, same tools, none of the exhaust.

Works inside polytunnels and glasshouses with no fumes and no ventilation requirement.

Quiet enough for early starts
Electric drive removes the engine noise that limits when work can happen on sites near homes.

5.2 kWh a day off mains or your own solar. No fuel to buy, store or account for.
04 · Servicing
Almost nothing to service
No fuel, filters, spark plugs or carburettor, and nothing to drain for the winter. The gearbox holds oil and the wear parts are changed in the field without special tools.
